Amy Robach has come to terms with the backlash she received for her affair with TJ Holmes.

The former “GMA3” host admitted that she now gives “zero f–ks” about other people’s opinions during Sunday’s episode of the “Amy & TJ” podcast.

“We know something about walking through darkness (and) coming out the other side when the worst has happened,” Robach told guest Rachel Platten.

“And I thought I had hit rock bottom before, but then I really hit rock bottom.”

Robach, 51, gushed over the musician and explained how some of Platten’s songs have helped her through adversity.

“All of these things resonate with so many people, but I think more than anything, I’m listening to your music right now and I just went through the journey that we went through,” she said, referring to the fallout she faced after the scandal emerged in November 2022 light came.

The TV personality added that Platten’s 2015 hit “Fight Song” used to be her anthem, but now it has shifted to her newly released song “Mercy.”

Robach added that she has embraced Platten’s “zero f–ks” mentality in her life as she overcomes hardships.

“When you get to a place and it’s hard-earned if you can give zero f–ks, that’s when you’re at your best sometimes,” she said.

Holmes, 46, agreed that the journey to leave the past behind was “weird” and “liberating,” explaining that he is “finally where he’s supposed to be.”

When news of the duo’s affair broke, sources told Page Six that they had been dating for two months.

Holmes was married to Marilee Fiebig at the time and Robach was finalizing her divorce from Andrew Shue.

The former TV presenters have denied their relationship was an affair, but Holmes only filed for divorce from Fiebig in December 2022.

Coincidentally, Holmes and Robach’s exes have moved on, Page Six exclusively reported in December 2023.
