Republican California lawmaker attacked by chairman and colleagues is kicked out of committee. Again. – California Globe

Last Friday, the Globe reported that Assembly Speaker Robert Rivas just removed Assemblyman Bill Essayli, a former federal prosecutor, from the Assembly Judiciary Committee on Thursday, following an Assembly vote to end state protections for pedophiles.

The Globe attended the floor session and reported on Democrats’ controversial response to Essayli’s landmark bill to end protections for illegal aliens convicted of sex crimes against minors — Democrats refused to hear his bill — in the committee and on the meeting floor.

Last week, after the General Assembly voted to essentially kill his bill, Essayli said:

“It is disgusting that Assembly Democrats just voted to protect illegal immigrant pedophiles. But they have all now confessed that they value protecting illegal immigrants – even those who rape an innocent child – more than protecting American children. Today is a sad, shameful day at the California State Capitol.”

Predictably, The Sacramento Bee reported that it was Essayli’s fault: “California Republican lawmaker attacks colleagues and is kicked out of committee. Again.”

It is about the abuse and overreach by the supermajority political party in power.

After the General Assembly vote on his bill, Essayli said:

“It is disgusting that Assembly Democrats just voted to protect illegal immigrant pedophiles. But they have all now confessed that they value protecting illegal immigrants – even those who rape an innocent child – more than protecting American children. Today is a sad, shameful day at the California State Capitol.”

He paid a price for that statement. Yet Assemblyman Essayli’s statement is much more mainstream than what Democrats are doing in the Assembly and Senate — namely protecting illegal immigrant pedophiles from deportation — a point that The Sacramento Bee misses. Assemblyman Essayli is actually doing his job and trying to wake his colleagues up from their dangerous ‘wokeism’.

Why do Democrats feel compelled to protect the most vicious human predators? That’s a question The Sacramento Bee didn’t ask when they blamed Assemblyman Essayli for “attacking his colleagues.”

When tThe California Senate made a snap ruling last week, voting to rescind Assemblyman Chris Ward’s AB 1955 To ban schools from notifying parents of their child’s “changing” gender identity through the Senate Health Committee and sending it directly to the Appropriations Committee, Assemblyman Essayli responded.

“Last week, Democrats silenced me for forcing a floor vote to end state protections for pedophiles,” Essayli said. “Today they are punishing me by depriving me of my seat on the Judiciary Committee. I will not be deterred by their threats and intimidation.”

He also said:

This is “democracy” under the control of the Democrats. Suppress the opposition. Violate procedural rules designed to enable transparency and debate. Rush rush rush before the audience finds out what they’re up to.

In one Tweet, MP Bill Essayli showed what the Democrats are doing. And he paid a price. Again.

After the testimony earlier this week, it was clear that Democrats trying to pass Assemblyman Ward’s anti-parent rights bill were trying to maintain control of the narrative through the media. They had to rush and move the bill to the undeniable Appropriations Committee, avoiding the Senate Health Committee and a major crackdown by parents, medical professionals and mental health experts.

This is blatant manipulation of the public commission process. But we’ve been witnessing this for years with Democrats – who ironically claim that democracy is in danger if Republicans are elected, and then suspend the actual democratic process when necessary, fearing that their creepy bills will naturally go under.

Assemblyman Essayli exposed the Democrats’ creepy agenda.

And that’s the real story.
