A Little About PRIMED

PRIMED was formed to help graduating nursing students and international nurses prepare for the NCLEX-RN by reviewing nursing concepts, principles and practice in a positive learning environment.

PRIMED is committed to helping nurses achieve success on their exams through support and education.

Mission Statement

PRIMED Educational Associates is committed to providing comprehensive NCLEX prep review tools and support for the newly graduated and internationally educated nurses. Through participatory learning experiences, our instructors demonstrate commitment and dedication to promoting nursing knowledge, empowering students and building confidence for exam success.

Areas Covered

Test taking strategies, safe and effective care environment, health promotion & maintenance, psychosocial integrity, pharmacology, risk-reduction, paediatric nursing, cardiac, respiratory, genitourinary, oncology obstetrics, neurology, endocrinology, gastrointestinal, MSK & integumentary.

How it works

The first thing we do is get you up to speed by offering a brief review of key areas, such as anatomy and physiology. Then we focus on the important sections of the test based on the NCLEX-RN test plan. Students and facilitators will work on a variety of problems together, applying best nursing practices to common clinical scenarios. To make you confident in a test situation, exam-type questions are reviewed for each area.

Did you know?

PRIMED is mobile. If you organize a large group, we will come to you, no matter where you may be in Canada*. We will offer you a group rate and the student who organizes it all, gets to attend for FREE.

This workshop is not designed to take the place of other studying for your NCLEX-RN. At PRIMED we recommend students use multiple resources when studying for their examination.

*Some courses may be subject to travel expenses
